The second record, Is This You?, was released in April 2010. The concept was established in late 2006 and production began on Easter 2007. Overdubs were completed on January 2nd, 2008 and This Here was mastered on April 1st, 2008, Seth's 28th birthday. The album tells a story of human passages and myth. It begins with birth (the vocals for I'm You were recorded on 8.29.07 in Big Rapids while Virgil Ryman Davis was born in Lansing) or rebirth. Entering the world in a new body and being given a name. And then the discomfort and danger of life on planet earth and the reality of choice. Questions - Wonder... Lessons, awareness of cycles... A sense of loss, even as a young person... Support from the natural world and the spirit realm... culture and isolation... reality of interconnectedness... mistakes, imperfection... humility and healing... there is no hiding place. The album was designed to be listened to as one piece of music (on speakers or headphones) and transition back into itself as well as into Is This You?, will take us through the passages from young adulthood to adulthood to death\u002Frebirth.Thanks for listening! See you in the world.
