Ta'Ron Deonte Garrison,(January 10th, 1993 – Present) known by his stage name BlaccOut, is an American rapper, and actor. Garrison currently has released 2 mixtapes, "Dreams&ThoughtsVol,1" & "NoBeatsSafeVol.1'', with his hit Minneapolis single "I Be On It" ''The Continuum" which will be released January 2012 through Netflix & MOA Theaters.

Ta'Ron Deonte Garrison was born in and grew up in Burnsville, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis and currently lives in Mpls,Mn . His mother, Tawanna Washington , raised him together alongside his siblings Antonio, Cari , & Semaj & Shardae.
