An electronic unit inspired by Japanese pop set out to explore the contradicting nature of such music. At times a solo project which touches on the bleaker aspects of pop, but also a duo which shines on the brighter nostalgia of the genre. Meishi Smile also runs and maintains the Zoom Lens collective with Michal of The Bilinda Butchers.
